There is a trick to being able to Eat Whatever you want and Lose Weight that I will go into. Before you get discouraged. You can indeed eat whatever you want and lose weight. But, there is a tiny bit of effort that goes into it.
First things First before I go on; I want to say here; that I am not a Doctor; I have a Health Care Aide Diploma from Stratford Career Institute; but it is not accepted and recognized everywhere. I want to say too; before starting any kind of Diet; or exercise routine; check with at least a Doctor first, And if you can; check with both a Doctor and Dietitian.
Now, I am going to go into the normal way to lose weight walking; and I am getting to being able to eat whatever you want; but for those who want to diet too; I am doing this first. And I will say here; you will want the appropriate Footware: Dr. Scholl`s shoes may be just what you need.
Try to do 30 minutes of good walking per day. If you can get 30 minutes of walking per day; with dieting; you should lose weight. And if you are; excuse me: Obese: Do about 3 to 5 hours per week with Diet.
Okay, this is what everybody has been waiting for; and in this you can eat what you want: You have to count your calories; I did say it would take some effort; you can eat what you want; but you have to count your calories. You have to burn more calories than you take in. If you count your calories; and you are able to burn more calories than you take in; you should lose weight. But, you have to keep count of the calories you take in; you need to have a caloric deficit to lose weight. And I will say again: Dr. Scholl`s Shoes may be just what you need.
At a fast walking pace you would burn in 30 minutes 100 to 300 calories. So, if you walk; and you can check on the food you eat; how much the calories are; you can still lose weight. And you would burn 200 to 600 calories in an hour.
So, that is it; that is how you can eat what you want and lose weight; it takes a bit of effort; but as has been said; to Paraphrase: “Anything worth doing takes Effort.”
And I will say again then; I am not a Doctor; so before starting any kind of Exercise Routine; please Consult with a Doctor; a Dietitian and The Appropriate Experts.
