Foods That Make you Lose Weight.

I did one like this before; but I am doing this again; to reach more People:  This is Foods That Make you Lose Weight.

There are many foods that make you lose weight; and I am going to try to list at least 10.  Foods such as Kale and Spinach can help you to lose weight.  They are low in Calories, Carbohydrates, and have a Ton of Fiber.

Fatty Fish like Salmon can keep you feeling full; and Salmon has relatively few Calories.  Salmon is loaded with Omega-3 Fatty Acids.  Trout and Sardines are also great for Weight Loss.

Broccoli and Cabbage can also help you to lose weight.  They’re High in Fiber; and won’t leave you feeling hungry.  And they contain a good amount of Protein.

Chicken Breast is great for weight loss too.  Chicken Breast has a Lot of Protein. Protein is a filling Nutrient; and can help you lose weight faster.

Boiled Potatoes are great for weight loss too; they have nutrients of pretty much all People need.  By eating Boiled White Potatoes; you will feel full and eat less of other foods.

Tuna is another low Calorie High Protein Food. It is low in fat.  If you eat tuna; you will have low calories and low fat from the tuna.

Cottage Cheese is an excellent food to use to lose weight too:  Cottage Cheese is mostly Protein; with very few Carbs and not much fat.

Nuts are an excellent snack, containing balanced amounts of protein, fiber and healthy fats. Just make sure not to go overboard, as they’re still fairly high in calories. If you tend to binge and eat massive amounts of nuts, it may be best to avoid them.
Full Fat Yogurt:  Certain types of yogurt contain probiotic bacteria that can improve the function of your gut.
Make sure to choose yogurt with live, active cultures, as other types of yogurt contain virtually no probiotics.

I must say here;  I am not a Doctor; although I do have a Health Care Aide Diploma from Stratford Career Institute which is not accepted everywhere.  But, I must say; before starting any Diet Plan; check at least with a Doctor with a Degree.  And I am making this an emphasized Suggestion; before starting any Health Plan; try to check with at least a Doctor; and if you can; a Dietitian too;  I am more than highly suggesting this.  For instance; if you are allergic to any of these foods I have suggested and don’t know it; you should check with a Doctor first; at least.
