Fatty Fish like Salmon is very nutritious and will help you lose weight.  Salmon also has Omega-3 Fatty Acids.  Mackeral and Trout are also great to lose weight.  Vegetables such as: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage can help you lose weight too.  Lean Beef and Chicken Breast are also good for weight loss.
